How YutChun Supports the Growth of Top Scientific Talent

Methods of Support

The YutChun Program creates opportunities for students to conduct research under the guidance of top-tier scientists. By exposing them to various styles of innovation in both academia and industry, and facilitating daily interaction with peers from diverse international backgrounds, we broaden their horizons. We provide internal recommendations for graduate and postdoctoral applications based on our deep partnerships and observations. Furthermore, our community activities help students navigate emotional and psychological challenges, fostering a supportive network of lifelong colleagues.

Ideal Outcomes

We aim for this project structure to help students develop solid research skills early in their careers, establish a rigorous scientific attitude, and achieve an enlightenment in scientific taste. Interpersonally, they find mutually supportive peers. Strategically, they gain a clear sense of self, allowing them to leverage their advantages and escape the cycle of blind competition and "involution."

Achievements

Over the past seven years, the YutChun Program has established collaborations with the Weizmann Institute of Science in Israel and the City University of Hong Kong. We have recruited over 100 students from prestigious institutions including Tsinghua, Peking, Fudan, SJTU, USTC, and others. Through our research internship programs, students have already produced 11 high-impact academic papers.
